Roadshow QVIC 2024: Technology Trends and R&D Direction in the New Era

On January 10th, Dr. Tran My An – Vice President, Engineering at Qualcomm, had an intimate discussion on the topic of “Technology Trends and R&D Directions in the New Era” with the young technology community in Ho Chi Minh City as part of the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge 2024 (QVIC 2024) program.

The event brought together top experts from Qualcomm and partners of QVIC 2024, including:

  • Dr. Tran My An, Vice President, Engineering at Qualcomm
  • Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thao, Senior Business Development Manager, Qualcomm
  • Ms. Truong Ly Hoang Phi, Chairwoman & CEO IBP, Founder & Chief Strategist BSSC, Vice President of Young Businesspeople Association of Ho Chi Minh City (YBA).
  • Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Hang, CEO BSSC, Vice President of Young Businesspeople Association of Ho Chi Minh City (YBA).

During the event, representatives from Qualcomm and program partners engaged directly with the technology startup community in Vietnam, discussing global technology trends and those specific to the Vietnamese market.

They also introduced compelling messages from the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge 2024.

With the goal of making Vietnam a leading technology innovation hub in Asia and the world, QVIC 2024 by Qualcomm aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in developing innovative products based on Qualcomm’s technology platform.
