As a startup ecosystem builder, BSSC covers a quite large domain as its mission is to promote overall entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation of the whole nation.
Business Startup Support Fund
Business Startup Support Fund (BSSF) is managed by Vietnam Youth Federation in Ho Chi Minh City and operated by BSSC. The Fund is allocated by the Government to support the startup community in Ho Chi Minh City.
SpeedUp Fund
SpeedUp is the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support Program of the Department of Science and Technology in the period of 2016 – 2020. The program provide investments up to VND 2 billion for an innovative project.
Private Pitch
With a network of more than 100 partners who are individual investors and VCs from Vietnam and the region, BSSC supports startups to source and connect with investors for fundraising at all stages.
Accelerator Program
The Accelerator Program is implemented according to the "Policy to Support Sustainable and Strong Development for the Innovative Startup Ecosystem of Ho Chi Minh City in 2024", providing support of up to 400 million VND for innovative startups.
